    Under new management. Great friendly people. Get in before 3pm as it will be pretty much sold out.

    Parking is limited and haphazard. Be considerate of other vehicles that might pull up while you're in the shop. Be aware that large trucks often pull up out the front on the road.

    There's a couple of plastic tables and chairs inside if you need them, but almost everyone takes their food back to their work site.

    Typical industrial-area deli. Toasted sandwiches, chips, spring rolls, salad rolls, sushi, roast dinners, etc. Open early for breakfast before work, but tends to have poor selection after lunch rush. It opens again for dinner with pizzas and kebabs.
