    Unbelievably unqualified mechanics. Told me I needed a new motor. Which I brought. Then when asked what was wrong with the old one they couldn't tell my warranty company, so proceeded to pull apart the engine bay. Still couldn't find anything wrong. Then when I got the car picked up on a tow truck (without a motor in the car) they had just thrown all parts, bolts, driveshafts, headlights ect in the car itself. Also the window had been left half opened so the car was full of dust and absolutely filthy. No explanation. Nothing. Do not use N&L mechanical.

    Incredibly rude and abrupt receptionist/office Manager Carly. Spoke on the phone in a manner that indicated to me she must have a salt mine's worth of salt or sand in her orifices.
